I have a handyman special 3/1 mobile home that needs work. It includes about 1/4 acre of land, more or less. It has no appliances, only 2 A/C units and 2 ceiling fans. This is in a nice quiet location. It has no heat. I lived in it for 6 months before I bought my house. Need to sell ASAP. $25,000 OBO
