Eat in kitchen,carpeting in living room, hallway and bedrooms. Master bedroom has double closet, 2nd bedroom has a single closet. Single owner since 1994, well taken care of. Central air not currently working. We use a window air conditioner unit in one of the kitchen windows and in one of the bedroom windows, and controls temperature nicely. Only problems we have had is a small hole in kitchen which has been repaired and back door is closed with interior hooks, due to not being able to keep closed with latch.

Located in mobile home park in Georgetown, Indiana. Lot rent is $245 a month, you pay all utilities. If you require the mobile home to be moved, it will be at the buyer's expense. We have an excellent manager, he is always available and helpful!
